The menu at The Hole in the Wall adjusts and evolves throughout the year to reflect the influence of the seasons on our cooking. Please note that these sample menus are provided as a taster of the kind of food to expect during your visit: the actual dishes on offer will vary.

Lunch at The Hole in the Wall

Our lunch is served between noon and 2pm on Wednesday through to Saturday. The dishes change regularly, but are consistently hearty and wholesome.

The Tasting Menu

Available to evening diners only, our tasting menu is created daily to reflect the seasons and produce available.  You’ll be guaranteed a selection of Hole in the Wall classic dishes alongside newer culinary creations – and maybe even a few unexpected treats…

Designed to be taken by your entire table, the tasting menu can also be accompanied by a pairing of exclusive wines and other drinks chosen to match and enhance the dishes.

Sunday lunch at The Hole in the Wall

Our increasingly popular and award-winning Sunday lunch is, as you would expect from a country pub, dedicated to the great British roast.

Nominated as one of the best Sunday lunches in the country by the Observer Food Monthly magazine for the past three years, we currently advise booking at least three weeks in advance if you’d like to join us to round off your weekend.
